Julie Trabandová holds a Bachelor’s Diploma in Human Development – Psychology from Empire State University and a Business Management Certificate from the University of New York in Prague. She is currently studying in the Master’s program of International Relations and Diplomacy at Anglo American University. Her research interests include viral sovereignty and human neutrality. As housing specialist, Clara works closely with students to help them secure comfortable and convenient accommodations. An AAU matriculate herself, she brings to the role a personal and useful perspective on student life. Clara studies the visual arts with a studio concentration and has loved her time at AAU so far. Having lived in Zeitraum housing for a year, she likewise understands the challenges and needs of students firsthand and uses her experience and connections there to work closely with the housing staff.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Kateřina earned her Master of Arts in English Literature & Film at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. She then pursued further education at Charles University, specializing in translation studies and comparative literature. This diverse academic background has enhanced her understanding of both the English language and various cultural contexts. After spending two years teaching English, Katerina developed a deep understanding of students’ needs and the everyday challenges they face, allowing her to communicate with clarity, efficiency, and empathy.

Viktoriia is a psychotherapist specializing in the Gestalt approach, a holistic method that takes into account mind, body, and culture when treating a patient. She has a master`s degree in psychology and is a member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy. Viktoriia caters to Russian and Ukrainian speakers and has extensive experience working with teenagers and young adults.

Originally From China, Su received his Bachelors and Masters degree in psychology from University of New York in Prague and Currently pursuing his Ph.D in first medical Faculty of Charles University. The research interests include Personality and Personality Functioning; Narcissism and Evolutionary Psychology. Beside academic work, Su has been working as a counselor both for institutions and in private for last five years. He has trainings in Cognitive Behavioral psychology as well as Bio-energetic therapy.

As Psychological Counsellor at AAU, Petra is here to listen to any study concerns or personal struggles of students and staff. She graduated from psychology and special education at Charles University in Prague and received numerous short- and long-term therapeutic trainings in solution-based approach, nonviolent communication/mediation and Feuerstein’s instrumental enrichment.
