Originally from Slovakia, Ivana has called Prague home for the past 15 years. During this time, she has built her career in Human Resources, working in various roles within international environments. Her experience spans the Czech Republic and the broader EMEA region, where she has supported thousands of employees, from warehouse workers to senior management. Ivana particularly enjoys exploring how different legal systems shape the employee experience and is passionate about identifying opportunities to improve HR processes.

At Anglo-American University, Ivana serves as the Senior HR Specialist, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exits. She is the primary point of contact for payroll-related matters and plays an active role in recruitment

Pavla graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. At Anglo-American University, she works as an HR assistant, supporting AAU’s HR team with various tasks. Among other responsibilities, she manages employee benefits, including Multisport cards, partner discounts, training offers, etc. and maintains the HR intranet. Pavla also organizes events for the AAU team, something she particularly enjoys as event planning is one of her hobbies. In her free time, she loves escaping to nature, staying active through various sports, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
